So here is all that we have de-coded about this area so far and this can make every single person jump with happiness!
Garden Of Seasons
First things first, if the above information confused you in any way, let me tell Ram Niwas Garden is actually a garden only, just an extraordinary garden with multiple amazing elements.The area harbors well curated and maintained garden where you can sit with a cuppa of coffee or chana jor garam from the street vendors.
Last year only, JDA developed a very special park over here- Sawan Bhado Park and it is MAJESTIC! A garden of seasons where you can see seasonal plants and flowers, a jogger’s track, a flower bed of roses, a greenhouse area, a birdhouse, Rajasthani chhatris, this park is a treat to eyes and one of the favourite spot of shutterbugs in Jaipur.
Albert Hall Museum is a gigantic yellow structure standing tall in the midst of luscious lawns. This museum also goes by the name Central Museum of Jaipur. It houses a rich collection of local art & craft of Jaipur, paintings, ivory stone, sculptures, artefacts, carpets etc.
Street Football Ground
If you think Indians are crazy about cricket and cricket only, let me tell you, Jaipur is crazier about Football. Union Football Ground is a huge 33 acres oval ground located near Ramniwas Bagh is where all the football maniacs of Jaipur gather for early morning, evening and late night practices as well as matches.
Ravindra Rang Manch is the hub of theatre activities in the town, it has an open-air theatre and an air-conditioned auditorium as well. The stage of this ages old theatre has witnessed some great plays and actors like Yugpurush, May Be This Summer, Begum Ka Takiya, Charandas Chor, When We Dead Awaken, In Rishton Ko Kya Naam Diya Jaye? etc.
The Art Gallery
Modern Art Gallery located on the second floor of Ravindra Manch is an exotic art gallery which features some striking contemporary artwork of Rajasthan’s major painters and sculptors.
Animal & Bird Zoo
Flanking the huge building of Albert Hall are two zoological parks, one is for animals and another house chirping birds. It is an attraction for tourists and children. One can watch elephants, foxes, lions and a number of colourful birds in these zoos.
A Trail Of Street Food
Go anywhere in Jaipur, the spicy, crispy, zingy bhel walas and pani patashi walas will follow you! The streets of Ramniwas Bagh is a hub where you can relish some amazing chaats, kulfis, ice-cream, chana jor garam, puchka, and many other street delicacies.
Cafes & Eateries
Some of the most exotic cafes of Jaipur are located in this area. Hog and chug down relishing food at Falahaar, Cafe Valentine, Bombay Mistahan Bhandaar, etc. which are located in a very close proximity to the Ram Niwas Bagh. Also, you can go to M.I. Road to grab some bites at Surya Mahal, McDonald’s, Niros, Dominos, Kesar, etc. which is just a few kilometres away from here.
Before the era of Pink Square and Triton malls, Saraogi Mansion was the junction of shoppers of the town. This complex is located very close-by Ramniwas bagh. From Rajasthani Mojris to oxidized jhumkas and even those pretty designer dresses, all the ladies of the town heart this place.
Also, one can take a stroll around Bapu Bazar for street shopping and much on yummy street food available at link road. Shopping and food, this is a win-win situation!
